Dad managed to sit today which was good but he has to do a hell of alot more physio tmr. The pain is still quite bad though cause he's no longer on morphine as he had a reaction to it

spoke for hours yesterday on skype with kayleigh. I was laughing so hard cause it was like 2 am there and her flat mates were all out and she kept hearing noises and thought it was ghosts. Her reaction was shit funny! Should have videoed it....
